I aced hole 5 at Warwick today during doubles... up the left side with my 5 year old beat up Champion Beast... Healy, Jeff, and Don were in my group. My 3rd ace ever and 2nd in 4 days. I aced hole 1 at Warwick this past Friday... Both aces were silver to silver and both with the same disc

reading this thread always agrivates me. the best i can do is list the almost aces.

at buzzy's
hit the top of 16 with a firebird 2 times
skipped up and bounced off the basket of 2
hit the basket of 1 a total of 3 times. and i hit chains on 10 and was greatly disappointed when i saw it didnt stay in.

rediculously angry that i dont have a single ace.
im about ready to give up on paying for the ace pot anymore.

healy how many aces have you had now.

Aced hole #1 on Wolfe Woods today with a Champion Sidewinder. Straight shot that faded right at the end right into the basket.

I aced hole 12 on the main course short holes with the same Champion Sidewinder today. Straight shot that skipped off the tree about 20 feet in front and a little to the right of the basket and into the chains.

Luke aced hole 10 on monday S-B. He threw a thumber with his 11x banshee down the left side fairway. He turned around and we heard chains. Walked down the hill there it sat in the basket. It his the snow like 5 ft from the basket and either skipped in off the snow or it ramped up from the stump that was right behind where it hit we couldn't tell.

Wow, this guy has a new daughter, throws an ace, and survives a bear encounter within 24 hours. I'd call that good karma. Congrats man!

Thanks Scoontar ! It was totally awesome. If it didnt hit chains it would have went into the stream, IE it came in hard and fast. The ace pot was the cherry on top. I'll probably spend it all at Marshall Street... Its new sail'in plastic time lad!!! ARRRGH!

Here is the question, do I shelve the disc so I keep my first ace disc, or keep in in the bag for another one?
168GM well broken in Sidewinder. Its one of my favorite for backhand...
Im leaning towards keeping it in the bag...

Get another Ace with it, keep it away from water, snow, deep leaves and blind shots. 8-)

yep, agreed. 8-) Guard it, but use it.
Matter O fact I'll buy another one, same weight, and use that for high risk of loss shots. yar. :D

My view is that you'll prolly remember the ace regardless of whether you lose the disc at some later point or not, so why not keep throwing the one you know and love instead of trying to find a replacement. They don't help my scores an awful lot from my wall... :?
